WHEN EXCHANGE ARE NOT APPLICABLE ?

  • Color Variation: Slight differences (10–15%) may occur due to screen resolution and lighting. Exchanges/returns are not applicable for minor color variation.
  • Product Preference: Please review fabric, color, and product details before ordering. Exchanges/returns are not accepted based on personal preference.
  • Change of Mind: Not applicable for exchanges/returns.
  • SALE Items: Considered final sale. No exchange/return.
  • Overseas Orders: Exchanges/returns are not available


EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZE ISSUES?

  • We recommend referring to the size chart twice before placing the order. In case you are not sure about your size we would love to assist you in finding the right size for you. Order one size up if you're still unsure.
  • If you face size issues once you receive the product you can connect with us immediately within 48 hrs by sharing order number, product pictures and issue description. Our team will assist everyone on a case to case basis.
  • Kindly note we can’t assure you of offering exchange as it depends on availability of your size in your design at that moment of time, Additionally it will incur 150 INR additional charges per item to cover logistics expenses incurred with reverse pickup and re-dispatching.


ORDER CANCELLATION ?

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, please reach out to us at the earliest and we will do our best to assist based on order status.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND?

  • Refund will be done only in case of wrongly delivered goods or wrong size delivered. 
  • In case of damage, please connect with us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A parcel opening video (mandatory) clearly showing the damage is required. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement only (no refunds).
  • If the same product is unavailable, you may select another product of equal value or may ask for refund.
  • Replacement timeline: 5–8 working days after we receive the returned parcel and Inspection is passed by our team
  • Kindly record a parcel opening video to ensure smooth resolution of any concerns.

STOCK AVAILABILITY ?

  • Each piece is curated in limited quantities. In rare cases of stock unavailability post purchase, our team will contact you promptly to discuss suitable alternatives or next steps.

DUTIES & TAXES ?

  • India: Prices displayed are inclusive of GST
  • International: Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the  

Customer and vary by destination country. 

  • Blunt woman is not liable for non-delivery resulting from unpaid customs charges.
